3 Top Tips for Negotiating at the Subaru Demo Sale

If you end up buying a car from further away, you could still arrange your servicing at a closer dealer for your convenience.

2. Use Careful Timing :

Many people believe that car dealers make their main profits on the release of new cars. Actually, the after sales, servicing, and other extras are big money spinners. Manufacturers award bonuses for selling extras and the sales are calculated for monthly and annual targets. Shopping for a car at the end of the month or the year is the perfect time to snag a bargain. However, this could backfire if the dealer has already hit the set targets and they are not as desperate to finish your deal.

3. Watch the Extras

Work out a budget and stick to your guns, the car dealer may offer you loads of extras, and they may be excellent. However, don’t overspend on extras that you don’t need or cannot afford. If you feel pressured, you can always excuse yourself and take some time to think about the deal on offer. If it all sounds good, you can return to the dealership in a day or two and continue the negotiations.
