"Can do" attitude of Blair to my unexpected visit

Hi there. I would just like to make the company aware of the experience I had purchasing my new WRX. I had filled out a brochure request form on a Friday. I received a call that same afternoon from Grandy Kimbal at City Subaru in Victoria park. The service I received from him was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me out including looking after my son while I test drove the car. It was a great experience and quality service. The company is very lucky to have such an authentic salesman.

The consultants where well versed in the vehicles,any inquiry I made was able to be fully explained in detail.Delivery of the vehicle wasn`t just a quick handover the team welcomed us into the dealership gave us a comprehensive explanation of the vehicles workings.

I found the sales team to be honest and very helpful in trying to help me organise everything to do with my lease and also to get the best deal I could

They were really helpful in giving me time to think out my purchase as well as provide me with all the info I needed to know about my car post sale

Felt comfortable,not hassled and did not feel pressured. The salesman pleasant and was wiling to enter into banter negotiations . Enjoyed the experience which resulted in Sale!
