CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

This competition is available only to Western Australian's. The prize is not transferable for cash or anything other than what is stated in the competition and can only be redeemed by the entrant as shown by the details entered in registration for the competition process. The 4 prizes will be drawn randomly from the pool of registrations received. An entrant can only win one trip and will be taken totally out of the draw if they win a trip. The close date for registering to go in the draw is Dec 10th 2008. The draw will take place at City Subaru and the winners will be notified that day by phone or email. The winners of the draw must use the prize by the expiry date of 10th March 2008.

The entrant consents upon sending in registration for a chance in the draw that the information gathered can be used for the purpose of advising the entrant if they have won, information regarding products and services, warranties, product recalls, roadside assistance, customer surveys, marketing promotions that relate to their product and to matters relating to the motor vehicle. The information gathered will be stored in accordance with privacy act guidelines regarding security and not on sold to any other third party.
